Where did you grow up? A small town called Finlayson in Minnesota.
Immediate family? Husband, two grown children and four grandchildren.Favorite animated movie? “Pocahontas.”
What’s the last song you listened to on purpose? Any Polish style Polka music.What do you grow in your garden? Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions.
Favorite charity? National Multiple Sclerosis Society and National Brain Tumor Society.
Last best book you read? I love murder mysteries by Patricia Cornwell –anything with Dr. Kay Scarpetta.
Hobbies? My grandchildren.
Favorite food? Noodles and mashed potatoes.
Favorite local restaurant? Sorrento’s Restaurant in Maple Park.
What is an interesting factoid about yourself? I own a business called Welcome Home. I welcome all the new movers into Elburn, St. Charles, Mill Creek subdivision and Maple Park. I’ve been doing that for 10 years.
